Global Strategy and plan of action on public health, innovation and intellectual property (WHA61.21)
Endorsed at the 61st World Health Assembly (WHA) on May 24,2008, the "Global Strategy and plan of action on public health, innovation and intellectual property" ((WHA61.21, see: http://www.who.int/gb/ebwha/pdf_files/A61/A61_R21-en.pdf ) enjoys the consensus of the 193 member states of the WHA. In a global society resourced with the internet and plenty of other information and communication systems and devices, the implementation of WHA61.21 will benefit from agreeing and sharing "enterprise architecture" descriptions (GHEA). Discussions under this topic should explore, conjecture and refute statements regarding "GHEA promises and benefits for implementing WHA61.21", preferably in reference to documents in this group's library (http://www.citeulike.org/group/4365/library). Participants' goal is to share and articulate (make visible) insights on WHA61.21 implementation and its grounding in (broad-based) evidence and knowledge. Contributor's CODE OF CONDUCT: pls. add the cited works, reports, papers to the citeulike library
